The application of sticks does from Walking a training with which, in addition, the musculature of the upper part of the body is claimed. Nordic Walking is suitable for ambitious sportsmen as well like for uncoached people.
 
 
1 times weekly we go Nordic Walking around the Kalcherhof in the morning, so that you can start fit and full power the day! Free distribution of the sticks!
